Editorial reinvention, Carta Editorial / RG Vogue (São Paulo)

When I joined, the site was getting between 8,000 and 10,000 monthly visits. The content strategy worked for insiders, not for audiences. I redesigned the editorial sections to balance cultural credibility with broader appeal. That created some internal friction. Within six months, monthly traffic hit 35,000 visits. The site became a reference for fashion and culture in Brazil.

E-commerce growth, YChroma

Monthly revenue was running between €12,000 and €19,000 when I started. I built the marketing infrastructure from the ground up: paid media, content, brand positioning. Revenue reached €130,000 in the first year. ROAS held between 3.5x and 4.5x.

SMB performance, Genpact / TikTok

Managed an average of 60 SMB accounts per month on TikTok's advertising platform. When clients followed my recommendations: influencer accounts grew between 5x and 15x in views, and sales campaigns delivered 15% revenue increases with CPA down 32%.

Lead generation, Nested.life

Ran Google Search campaigns for a real estate platform across European markets. Generated qualified tenant leads and connected real estate funds with investors. ROAS ranged from 9.5x to 16x, with low CPA across both audience segments.
