Brand Sense is a strategic diagnosis that reads your brand the way a critic reads a text: what it says, what it means, and what it should sound like in a room full of people who've never heard of you.
Let's talk →You have a logo.
You have a color palette.
You might even have a "brand guide."
And still, something doesn't fit. The product is good. The team believes in it. But the brand doesn't feel like the business it represents. That gap is not a design problem. It's a strategy problem dressed as an aesthetic one.
Brand Sense is a full-spectrum brand diagnosis. It goes beyond the visual — into how your brand speaks, moves, sounds, and behaves across every point of contact. It is not a brand book. Brand books tell you what to use. Brand Sense tells you who your brand is — and why that matters to the people you're trying to reach. The deliverable is a structured document combining strategic positioning, verbal identity, visual direction, sonic references, cultural mood, and a set of concrete actions you can implement immediately. One engagement. One point of view. No loose ends.
It starts with a 90-minute conversation, not a brief, not a form. A conversation where I ask the questions most people don't think to ask about their own brand. From there, I spend one to two weeks reading your brand: what exists, what's missing, what contradicts itself, and what's worth keeping. The result is a Brand Sense document presented in a dedicated session, with space for questions and strategic alignment. The whole engagement runs two to four weeks, depending on the brand's complexity and history.
